PHASE THREE COMPLETED
Whirlwind II has now reached completion on the hull, deck, and interior. Phase four will see the addition of her rudder, tiller, mast, sails, and rigging. so many people have contributed to this beautiful vessel, including designers, engineers, historians, boat builders, friends, and family.
